Tracks is an 8 acre project in Downtown Greensboro that will feature trendy shops, restaurants and bars, world class street art, a food truck park, an outdoor market, beer garden and bandstand.  Its Iconic Silo and festival lights - light up downtown and allow visitors to stroll through the outdoor gallery day and night.  

Inspired by Urban Spree (Berlin), the Lab Anti-Mall (California), Truckyard and Katy’s Ice House (Dallas), Container Yard (California) and Casterbridge Lifestyle Center (South Africa) - Tracks strives to combine the best elements of each.

Tracks Bazaar, Beer Garden and Bandstand are located in southwest Downtown Greensboro along the main rail line and future A&Y Greenway at the corner of Eugene St and W. Gate City Blvd.  Several area universities are within walking distance including UNC-Greensboro, Greensboro College, Elon Law School, Bennett College and NC A&T.
